Inma Al Khaldiiya was established in 2014 in the field of general contracting, and over more than 12 years has executed construction, building, and renovation projects to high quality standards across various areas of Riyadh. Our operations have expanded to include property management and development, where we now manage over 1,500 residential units on behalf of their owners across four districts, with comprehensive leasing, collection, and maintenance services. We operate under official licensed credentials and membership in the Saudi Contractors Authority and Riyadh Chamber, in commitment to the highest regulatory and professional standards.
